  2. Service Providers: Subcontracted entities for support services (e.g., lawyers, solicitors, real estate management software services, email marketing platforms, hosting providers).

  3. Authorities: Notaries, Registries, Tax Authority, and other public entities within the scope of complying with legal obligations (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering declaration).

The Agency guarantees that all recipients are subject to confidentiality and security obligations, processing the data exclusively for the purposes for which it was provided.

The Agency implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.
